From Goedkoopstehobby we received a number of Memento dual tip markers for writing a review about. We want to thank very much for this.

These Memento markers come in 36 colours. To give you an idea here’s a colour chart from the Memento markers.

These pens have two different tips. A brush tip and a ballpoint tip. The brush tip is very nice for colouring, the ballpoint tip however is also very suited for smaller spaces. These pens are on water base. Of course I started colouring.

I started colouring in the enige echte senioren kleurenboek first. In this colouring book I started colouring with the brush tip. The pens coloured very nice on this paper. The ink dried fast and nice, and I had little problems with striping. The pens did press through however in this book. Personally I didn’t think this was a problem, but just to make sure you can test this in the front or the back of the book, so you don’t waste a design. The colours are bright and nice. I used all 10 colours on this design to see how they would turn out, and I think the colours match well with the colour chart from which I picked them.

Next I coloured a design from the enige echte mini mandalakleurboek. For colouring this mandala I picked six colours. These pens coloured very well on this paper too. The ink didn’t press through. For the smaller spaces I used the ballpoint tip. These coloured well too and the ink from the ballpoint tip covered immediately. The colours are displayed nice and bright and what strikes me yet again is that there are almost no stripes to be seen in the coloured parts.

Conclusion : These Memento dual tip markers are nice markers, and because of the double tips you can colour large spaces as well as very small details with them. The 10 colours I tested are very nice colours. What came to notice was that there were almost no stripes to be seen during colouring. I will be using these markers more often for sure.
